Mitarbeiter Live Communication & Ship Visits (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • B2C Ship Visits von der Idee bis zum Follow-up steuern – inklusive Budget, Leads und Conversion-Optimierung
  • Events und Promotions wirkungsvoll planen, umsetzen und über CRM-Maßnahmen gezielt aktivieren
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle interne Teams, Dienstleister und Partner vernetzen und Zusammenarbeit vorantreiben
  • Guestmanagement, Content, Werbemittel und Logistik effizient koordinieren und digitale Trends einbringen
  • Marketing- und Sales-Projekte aktiv mitgestalten – von AIDA Events bis Charterreisen und Erfolgsauswertung

Requirements:

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Events bzw. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft sowie interkulturelles Verständnis
