Dresser (m/f/d)

 

Job description:

  • Responsible for providing, maintaining and repairing costumes & accessories for the show ensemble of up to 20 people
  • Daily routine includes styling the performers' hair and maintaining the wigs and hairpieces. If necessary, you will assist with makeup
  • Responsible for dressing and undressing of the performers during shows and rehearsals
  • Managing the entire backstage area and the costume collection

Requirements:

  • Professional experience as a wardrobe assistant / dresser in theater or musical and you are also familiar with the handling of theatrical costumes
  • Make-up artist knowledge and hairdressing experience are an advantage for you
  • Education as a tailor is desirable
  • Good English skills and proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Very good organizational skills, independent work as well as the ability to work in a team, willingness to travel and flexibility
