Bar Manager (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Professionelle Führung mehrerer Baroutlets sowie die Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Bar Teams
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im Arbeitsbereich, inklusive der zugehörigen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Kontrolle der Bestellung von Bar Equipment und Verbrauchsmaterialien unter Berücksichtigung betriebswirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Überwachung der Umsatzentwicklung und Gewährleistung eines hohen Maßes an Gästezufriedenheit

Requirements:

  • Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastronomiebereich sowie nachweisbare Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
  • Vorzugsweise ein IHK Barmixer Diplom oder einen IHK Barmeister-Brief
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Verkaufsorientierung, Souveränität, Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, positive Ausstrahlung
