Job description:

  • Verantwortungsbewusste, liebevolle, erlebnisorientierte sowie abwechslungsreiche Betreuung für Kinder im Alter von 3 bis 11 Jahren
  • Vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für Eltern von Kindern der entsprechenden Altersklassen
  • Individuelles Eingehen auf jedes einzelne Kind sowie stets die Ruhe und den Überblick bewahren
  • Ideen der Kinder als Impulse für neue Bordprogramme aufgreifen

Requirements:

  • Einschlägige und nachweisbare Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Kindergruppen im Turn- oder Sportverein, Kirchengemeinden, Kinder- und Jugendorganisationen gemeinnütziger Organisationen, Au-Pairs oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Sportlichkeit, Kreativität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
