Spezialist Entertainment Program (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Verantwortung für das Projekt- und Prozessmanagement im Bereich Entertainment
  • Projektarbeit und Unterstützung für den VP-Entertainment
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen und Reports
  • Begleitung der Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter an Bord für den Bereich Entertainment
  • Pflege und Ausarbeitung von Systemen und der Homepage/FAQs für den Bereich Entertainment
  • Zuarbeit an den Senior Manager Product Management & Operations Services

Requirements:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung als Hotelfachmann (m/w/d), Veranstaltungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gästemanagement, idealerweise Führungserfahrung als Manager Gastgeber (m/w/d) oder Entertainment Office Manager (m/w/d) auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff
  • Erfahrung in der Budgeterstellung sowie im Office Management
  • Sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität
