Job description:

  • Kompetenter und proaktiver Ansprechpartner für unsere Casino - Gäste　
  • Assistenz an den Spielautomaten und Erklärung der Casino-Spiele wie Blackjack, Poker, Roulette sowie Bingo
  • Begeisterung unserer Gäste für die Aktionen und Angebote im Casino　
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Manager in Bezug auf alle operativen Abläufe

Requirements:

  • Ausbildung im Dienstleistungsbereich und idealerweise Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in der Casino Industrie von Vorteil
  • Freude und Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden　
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
