Job description:

  • Koordination der gesamten Planung und Organisation eines À-la-carte-Re­s­tau­rant oder Buffetrestaurant
  • Ansprechende Präsentation der Speisen entsprechend unserer hohen Qualitätsansprüche
  • Planung, Führung und Motivation eines internationalen Teams
  • Kontrolle der Warenbestellung und -lagerung
  • Beratung der Gäste in Bezug auf Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten oder Allergien
  • Korrekte Umsetzung unserer Hygiene-, Umwelt-, und Sicherheitsstandards im Verantwortungsbereich

Requirements:

  • Berufsausbildung als Koch und nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Hotel- bzw. Restaurantküche, idealerweise Führungserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen HACCP und Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Gästeorientierung, Souveränität sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
