Job description:

  • Arbeiten am Dreh- und Angelpunkt der Schiffe
  • Sympathischer Ansprechpartner unserer Gäste zu Schiffsinformationen, Kabinenausstattung, Bordprogramm etc.
  • Teamplayer mit Organisationstalent für den Check-in und -out der Gäste sowie Crew
  • Serviceorientierter Umgang mit Gästereklamationen

Requirements:

  • Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastronomiebereich oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Dienstleistungsmanagement, Verkauf und in der Beratung von Gästen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sicher im  Umgang mit MS Office
  • Teamgeist sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Umgangsformen, ein sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
