Your responsibilities:
- Support project planning and coordination, including preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, action logs, RAID logs, and status overviews
- Prepare project documentation and reporting, including meeting minutes, decision logs, project status updates, steering materials, and implementation readiness overviews
- Coordinate communication and alignment across stakeholders, including business teams, fleet users, IT, external partners, and project team members to support smooth project execution
- Support implementation, change, and training readiness activities, ensuring that required documentation, training materials, user communication, and implementation support preparations are completed on time
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders and escalation of deviations where required
Your profile:
- University degree or completed professional training in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Management, Maritime Operations or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in project coordination, PMO support, process management, training coordination, change management, or system implementation
- Experience in maritime, fleet operations, technical operations or an international corporate environment would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, reporting, risk and action tracking, as well as process, system and training implementation activities
- Business fluent English skills and confident use of Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; experience with Power BI, project management tools or RAID/action logs would be a plus
- Structured and self-driven way of working, strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
