Your Tasks
- Lead the maintenance and condition management of all hotel interiors and external decks on assigned vessels, ensuring effective use of budgets and inventories
- Drive the planning and execution of hotel projects, refits, and improvement works, ensuring timely delivery and consistently high standards
- Shape the onboard guest experience by selecting and implementing furniture, furnishings, and interior design elements aligned with brand guidelines
- Oversee drydock activities from planning to commissioning, ensuring accurate budget forecasting and strong coordination with internal and external partners
- Direct external service providers by defining technical specifications, guiding tender processes, and monitoring performance and deliverables
- Conduct targeted inspections and audits on hotel condition, HESS compliance, operational procedures, and regulatory adherence
- Lead the planning and supervision of the Facility Riding Team to ensure efficient onboard maintenance support and high-quality project execution
Your Profile
- Degree in Naval Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or Technical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the cruise sector or related fields
- Solid understanding of technical drawings, interior design principles, and shipboard hotel areas; AutoCAD reading skills required
- Strong project management capabilities, with proven skills in coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Confident with data handling and reporting, including proficient use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to guide projects and collaborate across on‑board and shore‑based teams
- Very good command of English; previous shore-based experience is a plus
