Your Tasks
Are you looking for a working student opportunity? This might be the perfect fit for you! If you're studying HR, Psychology, Sociology, or Business Administration and have an interest in coordinating tasks for the Riding Team, this role is ideal.
- Verifies crew documentation (availability, medicals, visas, certificates) and updates information in HR and operational systems
- Maintains HR files, correspondence, shared databases, and supports basic reporting
- Assists with small research tasks and process‑improvement activities
- Performs additional duties as needed to support daily HR operations
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a German university in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Studies, or another people‑focused field
- Initial experience or strong interest in recruitment, HR coordination, or administrative tasks (internships, university projects, or part‑time roles are sufficient)
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools (e.g., d.vinci, documentation systems) is an advantage
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly and in line with HR standards
- Experience with data handling, documentation review, or maintaining structured records is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow established processes while managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
