Your Tasks
Are you eager to step into a role that brings hands-on coordination with strategic insight? Then this job is for you!. From managing Personal Protective Equipment, tools, and IT resources to preparing performance dashboards and budget reports, you’ll support both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. This role also offers cross-functional exposure through HR support and statistical reporting, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-driven environment.
- Maintain overview of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), tools, IT equipment, and weekly reports; prepare KPI dashboards and performance summaries
- Assist in planning and controlling budgets for payroll, PPE, and tools with Riding Team Manager and provide regular progress updates.
- Prepare statistical reports covering contracts, payroll, evaluations, recruitment activities, and special projects
- Act as a backup for HR Operator, handling daily administrative and reporting tasks during their absence
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Business Management, Operations, HR Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in administrative tasks, reporting, and data management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Proven ability to prepare operational reports and KPIs to support decision-making
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of other MS Office tools or reporting systems is a plus, knowledge of other reporting tools is a plus
- Skilled in coordinating across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (English is our company’s official language!)
