Your Tasks
You’ll own the full training cycle—from identifying needs and selecting vendors to designing the annual training calendar and managing communications. You’ll collaborate closely with our engagement and communications team to deliver a holistic employee experience that boosts satisfaction and performance.
- Develop and implement training and engagement initiatives for our 260 Carnival Maritime employees
- Oversee all organizational, administrative, and accounting tasks related to training and development, including managing Carnival Maritimes annual training calendar.
- Manage the full L&D cycle; assess training needs, evaluate and negotiate with providers, and implement tailored learning solutions (e.g., coaching, language classes, assessments).
- Develop engaging content for the L&D intranet site and communicate effectively with participants to create a positive learning experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Prepare and interpret data to support data-driven decisions in training and development.
- Collaborate across all departments and with corporate counterparts on key projects, including our annual employee satisfaction surveys
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Economics or similar
- Experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field is desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proactive and independent in seeking solutions; a structured working style and strong time management skills are essential
- Creativity and initiative in designing impactful development programs; familiarity with intranet content creation is beneficial
- Proficient in Office 365 tools, including Excel and Power BI; experience with Qualtrics, Oracle and digital learning platforms is a plus
- Business fluent English skills (English is our company’s official language)
