Your Tasks

Join our dynamic team as a Brand Coordinator & Systems Engineer for Global Maritime Applications, where you will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing connectivity, and shaping the future of maritime IT solutions.

  • Coordinate IT responsibilities and tasks for global maritime applications across Carnival Corporation, Carnival Maritime and the Brands of AIDA and Costa ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global maritime IT organizations and business users, ensuring IT/OT project progress and improving required application governance processes
  • Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and maintain IT systems where needed. Coordinate installation and updates of SW with internal and external IT Teams through requests and changes
  • Coordinate new cybersecurity regulations, identify infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), Product Management, or a related field desired
  • Professional certifications in IT application management / governance (such as ITIL 4 Foundation) are beneficial
  • At least 5 years of experience in business and IT, with expertise in IT application support in international organizations
  • Practical know-how in development and implementation of IT operation and governance models
  • Solid understanding of complex IT application landscapes and integrations as well as IT operations
  • Extensive knowledge of ITSM tools (such as Jira, ServiceNow) for all application processes (like incident, problem, change management)
  • Project management skills to oversee the implementation processes, manage resources & timelines, and ensure successful completion of brand IT tasks
  • Experience in managing projects and/ with third-party contractors
  • Strong understanding of application management principles, including needed roles, processes and service levels
  • In-depth knowledge of application governance principles and best practices to ensure smooth and effective application management, operation and support processes
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate brand IT expectations, frameworks and necessary improvements to stakeholders, including global service partners, project managers, and executives
  • Languages: English: Business fluent (C1) | German: good (B1)
