Werkstudent Travel Service (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Buchung und Umbuchung von Dienstreisen im Bereich Entertainment unter Berücksichtigung der Schiffseinsatzpläne und geltenden Reiserichtlinien
  • Buchung von Kabinen sowie Zusammenstellung und Versand der Reiseunterlagen
  • Unterstützung des Managers Guest Artists Booking und des Supervisors Travel Services

Requirements:

  • Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Kultur- oder Tourismusmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Tourismus oder im kaufmännischen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie routinierter Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
