Activity Guide (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Outdoor & Biking

 

Job description:

  • Verantwortung für die professionelle Durchführung sowie die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Biking Ausflüge
  • Regelmäßige Pflege und Wartung des hochwertigen Ausflugs-Equipments sowie der Fahrräder und E-Bikes
  • Beratung der Gäste bei der Ausflugswahl und Spaß am Verkauf
  • Vorbereitung der Biking Routen in neuen Destinationen sowie Präsentation des Biking Programms
  • Recherche und Weiterentwicklung von zukünftigen Programmen
  • Unterstützung innerhalb deiner Fachabteilung und bei Aktivitäten an Bord, unter anderem beim Minigolf, im Klettergarten usw.

Requirements:

  • Berufsausbildung und/oder Studium, idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Dienstleistungs- und Vertriebsorientiert sowie erste Erfahrungen im Verkauf von Vorteil
  • Sympathisches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Körperliche Fitness, Kundenorientierung, Leidenschaft für Betreuung von Gästegruppen
