Werkstudent Employee Services (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Employee Service Center
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung personalbezogener Unterlagen, Bescheinigungen und Dokumente
  • Mitarbeit bei HR-Prozessen wie Onboarding, Benefits-Administration und Entgeltvorbereitung
  • Unterstützung bei internen Kommunikations- und Gesundheitsmaßnahmen sowie der Pflege von Informationen und Auswertungen
  • Mitwirkung bei allgemeinen Projekten und laufenden Aufgaben im Personalbereich

Requirements:

  • Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Verwaltungswissenschaften, Psychologie, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
