Job description:

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-relevanten Themen, insbesondere internationaler Beschäftigter
  • Bearbeitung administrativer HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
  • Operative Durchführung und Koordination von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen inklusive Visa-, Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnisverfahren
  • Unterstützung der Entgeltabrechnung sowie Administration von Benefits und Mitarbeitendenprogrammen
  • Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von HR-Daten sowie Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Standards im Employee Service Center

Requirements:

  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Personalbereich sowie erste Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Hohe Systemaffinität, eine vorausschauende, organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
