Mitarbeiter Marketing Activation (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingkampagnen über relevante Owned- und Paid-Kanäle
  • Übersetzung strategischer Vorgaben und Kampagnenbriefings in wirksame Kanal-, Content- und Kampagnenmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung der Content- und Asset-Erstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Koordination von Timings, Flightings, Freigaben sowie operativen Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Test-&-Learn-Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Kampagnenoptimierung

Requirements:

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Medien-, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise mit Agenturerfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in der Kampagnensteuerung anhand relevanter KPIs
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
