Mitarbeiter Internal Services- Rezeptionist (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen, Geschäftspartnern und Mitarbeitenden
  • Organisation, Koordination sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Konferenzräumen und Veranstaltungen
  • Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei sicherheitsrelevanten Kontroll- und Dokumentationsaufgaben
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und bereichsinternen Vertretungen, beispielsweise in der Poststelle

Requirements:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder dienstleistungsorientierte Ausbildung
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Serviceorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten
