Business Analyst Financial Systems (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Verantwortung für den First- und Second-Level-Support sowie die Administration der Finanzsysteme, insbesondere Oracle eBS R12 Finance und Purchasing, Basware und MXP
  • Führung sowie Unterstützung von Projekten, beginnend mit der Analyse des Ist-Zustands und der Anforderungen bis hin zur abschließenden Erfolgskontrolle
  • Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Systemen sowie Schnittstellen gemäß Geschäftsprozessen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen, einschließlich Reportinganfragen
  • Verwaltung der Benutzerkonten und Überprüfung der Zugriffsrechte zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SOX-Richtlinien und IT-Standards

Requirements:

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen und gutes Prozessverständnis im Finanzbereich
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und Reporting Tools
  • Analytisches sowie prozesslogisches Denkvermögen, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
