Job description:

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung und Mitgestaltung beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Verträgen und Zeugnissen
  • Anlage und Pflege von Personalakten sowie Dokumenten

Requirements:

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
