Business Process Coordinator (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen im Bereich Business Process Management sowie bei der Festlegung von Prozess-KPIs
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Koordinierung der Aktivitäten bzgl. Business Continuity Management bei AIDA
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch innerhalb des Carnival-Konzerns bzgl. Business Continuity Management und Process Best Practices
  • Überwachung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) sowie Unterstützung des Managements bei der Umsetzung und Erreichung von Compliance-Zielen

Requirements:

  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Process Management, Organisationslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Business Process Management, Business Continuity Management/Disaster Recovery oder bzgl. Interner Kontrollsysteme
  • Affinität für IT-Systeme
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Proaktive sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsmentalität
