Werkstudent Interne Kommunikation (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Redaktionelle Mitarbeit im Social Intranet: Verfassen, Bearbeiten und Pflegen von Beiträgen sowie Unterstützung bei der Themenplanung
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Text-, Bild- und ggf. Videoinhalten für interne Kommunikationskanäle
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Reportings zur Nutzung und Reichweite der internen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation internen Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen, Unterstützung bei der Systemadministration

Requirements:

  • Aktuelles Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium idealerweise im Bereich Public Relations, Medienwissenschaften, Journalismus oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
  • Erste Erfahrung in der redaktionellen Arbeit und im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen (z. B. TYPO3, SharePoint)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Affinität für neue Technologien
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
