Werkstudent OCC & Special Reservations (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Special Reservations und Operations Control Center (OCC)
  • Mitwirkung bei administrativen sowie organisatorischen Aufgaben, insbesondere bei Themen wie Sonderbuchungen und Dienstreisen zu unseren Schiffen
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen sowie Partnern in deutscher bzw. englischer Sprache

Requirements:

  • Aktuelles Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Tourismus oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich 
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Tourismus wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamfähigkeit
