Mitarbeiter F&B Produktentwicklung (m/w/d) mit Pre-Cruise-Fokus

 

Job description:

  • Administration des F&B Produktportfolios und der F&B Dienstleistungen im Bereich Pre-Cruise Sales
  • Mitwirkung bei der Kontrolle, Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung des F&B spezifischen myAIDA Angebots
  • Bereitstellung relevanter Daten zur Unterstützung des F&B-Managements an Bord in den Bereichen Pre-Cruise-Dienstleistungen und Kontingentmanagement
  • Enge abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing in Bezug auf die Außendarstellung des myAIDA-F&B Produktportfolios
  • Unterstützung in der Koordination von Kleingruppen, Events & Special Cruises

Requirements:

  • Ausbildung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder im kaufmännischen Bereich, sowie erste Berufserfahrung - vorzugsweise im internationalen Hotel- und/oder Kreuzfahrtsektor
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Systemen wie Oracle, Hybris
  • Kommunikationsstärke zur Erstellung von Vermarktungskonzepten und Briefings
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
