Praktikum im Bereich Human Resources Management / Employee Service Fleet

 

Job description:

  • Unterstützung des Bereichs Human Resources Management in der administrativen Personalarbeit
  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Payroll Abteilung und Crew Service
  • Mitwirkung bei Prüfung von Kostenerstattungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken
  • Kommunikation in englischer Sprache mit verschiedenen internationalen Kollegen
  • Administration und Erfassung der bord- und landseitigen Krankmeldungen im Crewmanagement System

Requirements:

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Hotelmanagement oder Vergleichbares
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich oder in der touristischen Wirtschaft
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
