Assistant F&B Manager (m/w/d) an Bord der AIDA Schiffe

 

Job description:

  • Führung des Food & Beverage Bereiches (Bar & Restaurant) mit bis zu 350 Mitarbeitern gemeinsam mit dem F&B Manager
  • Aktive Gastgeberfunktion sowie Koordination und Kontrolle aller Prozessabläufe im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Übernahme der Personal- und Dienstplanung sowie Schulungen und Trainings der Mitarbeiter
  • Motivation der internationalen Crew im operativen Tagesgeschäft und Begleitung der Mitarbeiter in ihrer Weiterentwicklung
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Hygienerichtlinien im Verantwortungsbereich

Requirements:

  • Ausbildung im Hotelfach und einem anschließenden betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Hotellerie
  • Erfahrung in der Führung einer internationalen Crew, idealerweise auf internationalen Kreuzfahrtschiffen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und gastronomischen Systemapplikationen
  • Souveränität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
