Projekt Controller (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Hotel Maintenance, Dry Dock & Refit

 

Job description:

  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung bei der strategischen Investitionsplanung
  • Eigenständige Einreichung und Verwaltung von Investitionsanträgen im Bereich Guest Experience
  • Umfassende administrative Betreuung von Hotel-CAPEX-Initiativen sowie primärer Ansprechpartner für eine konzernübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Controlling von Hotel Dry Dock-Projekten und regulären CAPEX-Projekten

Requirements:

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich sowie erste Berufserfahrung
  • Verständnis für Prozesszusammenhänge und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365, insbesondere Excel und Power BI
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
