Supervisor Content Production & Development (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Umsetzung von neuen Show-Produktionen
  • Formatentwicklung von Musikkonzepten inkl. Live-Musik in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen sowie dem Head of Content Production & Development 
  • Mitgestaltung der Bühnenprogramme außerhalb der großen Show-Produktionen
  • Ansprechpartner für inhouse Abteilungen bei fachlichen Fragen zu Bühnenprogrammen im Hinblick auf Qualität und Standards

Requirements:

  • Studium im Bereich Theater/Event Management, Kommunikationsmanagement oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Veranstaltungs-Management der Musik-, Show- oder Theaterindustrie
  • Musikalische Vorbildung zwingend erforderlich inklusive fundiertem Musikwissen von Klassik bis heute
  • Idealerweise Schiffserfahrung sowie erste Führungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 vor allem Powerpoint
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität
