Werkstudent HR Administration (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben sowie der Optimierung der Archivstruktur
  • Mitwirkung bei der Anlage und Pflege der digitalen Personalakten und lückenlose Nachweisführung
  • Abgleich der Dokumente in den einzelnen HR-Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken sowie bei bereichsspezifischen Projekten

Requirements:

  • Aktuelles Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
