Manager F&B Produktentwicklung (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Überwachung und Optimierung des F&B-Produktkatalogs
  • Verantwortung der strategischen Außendarstellung des F&B Bereiches auf allen Kommunikationskanälen
  • Entwicklung strategischer Preismodelle
  • Optimierung des Produktmixes, sowie kreative und preisliche Gestaltung unseres Bar Menüs
  • Optimierung der Restaurant-Auslastung zur Gewinnmaximierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Flotte und den Restaurant Managern

Requirements:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung und erste Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise im internationalen Hotel- und/oder Kreuzfahrtsektor
  • Verständnis für Produktentwicklung, -Optimierung und -Vermarktung
  • Kenntnisse zu verschiedenen Preisstrategien und zur Wettbewerbsanalyse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und OBI
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine ziel- und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
