TV Studio Manager (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Studiobetrieb und aller Produktionen in unserem bordeigenen TV- Studio „Studio X“
  • Gewährleistung eines täglich reibungslosen, sowie professionellen Sendebetriebs und der Filmproduktion
  • Führung und Planung der Mitarbeiter im Studio, in der Senderegie und der Postproduction
  • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von CI–Vorgaben der Lizenzformate

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ langjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung als Redaktionsleiter oder 1. Aufnahmeleiter
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Leitung von Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Windows-Betriebssystem sowie mit MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Kreativität
