Coordinator HR Tech & Systems (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Verantwortung über den Support aller HR Systeme gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitern HR Systems Management
  • Koordination des Supports sowie Priorisierung und Rücksprache mit den Stakeholdern im Business sowie den Service Desks weltweit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der IT und anderen Brands zum Thema Automation und KI
  • Mitwirkung in allen Themen rundum Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung
  • Projektplanung,-organisation und -durchführung

Requirements:

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie erste Führungserfahrungen
  • Langjährige Erfahrungen im Personalwesen, Dienstleistungsbereich oder Bereich der Analytik
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicher Umgang mit MS Office 365, insbesondere mit BI Tools
  • Tech Affinität, eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität sowie Teamfähigkeit
