Mitarbeiter Logistik (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Organisation der weltweiten Transporte für die Bereitstellung der AIDA-Flotte einschließlich Planung, Steuerung und Nachbereitung
  • Administration und Koordination der transportbezogenen Dokumente
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen an Bord und den zuständigen Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Planung, Analyse und Optimierung der Logistikprozesse sowie die Kostenkontrolle und Rechnungsbearbeitung

Requirements:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik und erste Berufserfahrungen in der Logistikbranche
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Container- und LKW-Transporte und deren Anforderungen
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität zu IT-Systemen
  • Organisationstalent, Sorgfalt, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
