Manager F&B Commercial & Optimization (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Überwachung und Optimierung des F&B-Produktkatalogs
  • Optimierung der Restaurant-Auslastung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Flotte und den Restaurant Managern
  • Entwicklung eines neuen Produktportfolios und Einführung innovativer Produktlinien
  • Kreative und gewinnbringende Gestaltung unseres Bar Menüs
  • Optimierung des Produktmixes

Requirements:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung und erste Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise im internationalen Hotel- und/oder Kreuzfahrtsektor
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und OBI
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine ziel- und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
