Praktikum im Bereich Live Communication

 

Job description:

  • Unterstützung des Bereichs Live Communication bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie bei der Umsetzung geplanter Events, wie z. B. Messen, Sponsoring-Veranstaltungen Produkteinführungen und Promotions
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von relevanten Projektdokumenten (Briefings, Ablaufpläne, Logistikplanungen und Präsentationen)
  • Unterstützung in der Projektarbeit bei administrativen sowie organisatorischen Aufgaben und Übernahme der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern

Requirements:

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Eventmanagement oder Vergleichbares
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen bei einer Eventagentur oder im Marketing in diesem Bereich
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
