Mitarbeiter Controlling / Warehouse Administration & Systems (m/w/d)

 

Job description:

  • Verantwortung für das Controlling und die Sicherung von Warenwirtschaftsprozessen gemäß der Richtlinien im gesamten Hotel- und Entertainmentbereich
  • Als Controller (m/w/d) bist du Ansprechpartner (Super User) für das Warenwirtschaftssystem und übernimmst die Analyse sowie das Reporting bei Planabweichungen
  • Planung und Überwachung von Inventuren und Durchführung von Bestandanalysen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen den involvierten Fachbereichen an Land sowie Mitwirkung bei Reiseabrechnungen

Requirements:

  • Ausbildung als Hotelkaufmann (m/w/d), idealerweise als Betriebswirt (m/w/d), Warenwirtschaftler (m/w/d) oder Hotelbetriebswirt (m/w/d)
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Controlling
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise HACCP bzw. USPH-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365, insbesondere Excel
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten
